The Barista will create, prepare, and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages following recipes and customer preferences.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Train new baristas in the preparation of beverages.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other drink-related supplies.
Order drink supplies from approved vendors and ensure timely delivery
Assist in training new baristas and staff in drink preparation, customer service, and shop procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required: Must possess strong communication and interpersonal/human relations, commitment to providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and some holidays.

Preferred: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques. Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes.
