We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager (W-2 employee) to lead performance, coaching, and accountability across a team of 50+ licensed real estate professionals.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in coaching, data-driven decision-making, and building elite sales cultures inside established organizations.
Position Summary
The Productivity Manager is responsible for performance management, coaching execution, lead program oversight, KPI tracking, and accountability systems across the team.
This role directly impacts revenue, conversion performance, and pipeline health by ensuring consistent standards across inbound lead programs and internal sales processes.
You will lead training, execute daily coaching, manage reporting dashboards, maintain pipeline accuracy, and strengthen the overall sales culture.
This is a full-time leadership position reporting directly to the COO.
What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)
Coaching & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and support 50+ licensed real estate professionals through structured training, daily guidance, and performance reviews.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-building exercises.
- Hold team members accountable to defined standards for follow-up, responsiveness, and conversion.
- Create and manage performance improvement plans when needed.
- Support deal strategy, client communication challenges, scripts, and best practices.
Lead Program Oversight
- Oversee lead routing, assignment, and performance standards across Zillow Flex, Ylopo, and Follow Up Boss (FUB).
- Monitor responsiveness, follow-up speed, appointment set rates, and call quality.
- Adjust lead access based on performance benchmarks and compliance standards.
- Maintain program health and operational compliance to protect lead partnerships.
Sales Operations & KPI Tracking
- Own daily and weekly reporting dashboards in SISU and Follow Up Boss.
- Track and analyze:
- Appointments set and met
- Signed clients
- Under contract and closed transactions
- Conversion rates
- Volume and revenue pacing
- Ensure pipeline data accuracy of 95% or higher.
- Deliver weekly performance summaries and insights to leadership.
Training Leadership
- Build and deliver structured internal training tracks (Agent 101, 102, and 103).
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings, daily huddles, and ongoing skills training.
- Maintain and improve scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and training materials.
- Run multiple weekly training sessions to reinforce strong sales habits and culture.
Hiring Support, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support leadership with sales-related interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Lead structured onboarding for new team members to ensure early performance success.
- Conduct professional offboarding when performance standards are not met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and sales enablement needs.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure clean data, compliance alignment, and workflow efficiency.
- Support leadership in quarterly planning and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership or sales management role
- Experience managing performance across teams of 20+ sales professionals
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation, and sales dashboards
- Proven ability to improve conversion rates and accountability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Licensed real estate experience strongly preferred but not required
