About the Role

We are seeking an Architecture Project Manager who is able to fully collaborate with all aspects of design and construction sequence. You will manage projects from early concept through construction, ensuring that design vision and execution remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to lead projects through design, construction phases and documentation
Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, contractors and fabricators
Manage project schedules, budgets and maintain clear communication – both internal and external
Create design decisions using building science and performance principles

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
3-7 years of architecture project management experience from design to completion
NYS Registered Architect or on licensure path
Strong working knowledge with REVIT, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Solid understanding of construction methods and detailing
Familiarity with New York State codes, approvals, permitting processes and ADA requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in sustainable, high-performance, or low-energy design
Experience in residential and Commercial architecture
LEED or similar credentials a plus
