Description:We are in search of a Marketing & Events Coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit keen to join a talented, design-led startup team. The right candidate will join Brick & Wonder as our Marketing & Events Coordinator, supporting our efforts to build a highly engaged online and offline community of accomplished design and real estate professionals in NYC, SF, London, and beyond. Brick & Wonder is incubated out of an entrepreneurial architecture studio (Lang Architecture) in Tribeca. Must have:NYC-based, in-person 4 days per week (Mon-Thu, Friday remote)A passion for entrepreneurship, architecture, design, interiors, and real estateComfortable with frequent, direct outreach by video call, phone, and email to plan and execute in-person and online programming in SF, NYC, and London.Actively generates opportunities to drive down event costs by securing win-win event partnershipsStrong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma design capabilities to execute marketing communications and campaigns across newsletters, social media, and in print, within the provided brand guidelinesExperience managing social channels and a familiarity with trends/best practices for social mediaComfortable writing marketing copy for a range of channels, including Instagram, Newsletters & LinkedInA strong grasp of ROI tracking and managing marketing/events budgetsProven experience with running design-forward marketing campaigns and high-quality event productionOutstanding attention to detail, written and spoken English, with strong storytelling skillsA highly organized work approach and the ability to track, manage, prioritize, and execute many parallel projects while navigating shifting prioritiesNice to have:Video/photo capture and editing skills to capture social media content, podcast recordings, etc. and turn these into high-quality creative assets for use in marketing communicationsExperience with placing paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and LinkedInExperience leveraging AI to scale up and automate workflowsEarly-stage startup experienceCompensation:$60-$80k base salary, with discretionary bonus based on company and individual performanceCompetitive PTO, 401K matching, healthcare, and equity for the right candidate.Submission requirements:Please send a portfolio and/or cover letter with a resume in a single pdf file no larger than 5Mb to ed@brickandwonder.com
