Our projects involve furnishing luxury hotels, hospital complexes, residential apartment buildings and corporate building interiors.Job Description:We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience to support our client-facing front office operations and project management team. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our clients and supporting the internal workflows that keep projects moving forward.We are a small, collaborative team, and this role requires flexibility and adaptability in a boutique, fast-moving environment with a variety of working styles and personalities.This position offers room for growth, with the opportunity to take on increasing project coordination responsibilities and develop into a Project Manager over time. It is an excellent fit for someone interested in building a long-term career in project management.Experience or interest in luxury residential interior design and/or commercial or residential architecture is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:-Assist project managers with sales support, ordering, and administrative coordination.-Help prepare and process orders, proposals, and project documentation.-Provide overall coverage for daily office operations.-Maintain organized records, files, and project documents.-Support marketing and special events as needed.Qualifications:-2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.-Exposure to a floor covering, interior design, architectural, or construction-related industry preferred.-Ability to read and understand basic floor plans (training provided if needed).-Architectural or design background a strong plus.Knowledge & Skills:-Proficiency with WordPress, Mailchimp, and basic website content updates.-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or similar), CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD).-Familiar with photography and handling digital image files.-Strong math skills for measurements, ordering, and pricing.-Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Work Schedule:-Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.Aronson\'s offers a collaborative and creative work environment.
