Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers to ensure that high-quality patient care is provided
Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote a positive and productive work environment
Coordinate patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, and medication management
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure seamless care transitions
Provide education and training to staff members to promote professional growth and development
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New York
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
