Our 160-seat venue features Freestyle Greek cuisine, dramatic raw bar, and world-class drinks across unique spaces like the Tiger Bar, Paradise Gardens, and Blue Room Cocktail Lounge.
As our General Manager, you’ll lead all operations, drive our vision, and ensure every guest leaves delighted. You’ll balance business performance with the artistry of hospitality, partnering with ownership and department heads to grow our brand and maintain our high standards.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across all venues
- Lead and inspire management teams (FOH, BOH, bar, events)
- Drive financial performance (P&L, labor, cost controls, forecasting)
- Be highly visible during service, ensuring guest excellence
- Recruit, train, and mentor top hospitality talent
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Develop systems for efficiency and consistency
- Represent House of Stefas with guests, community, and media
- Collaborate on marketing and brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ senior leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, or multi-venue ops
- Deep knowledge of high-end service and guest relations
- Proven financial management skills
- Inspiring leadership and strong communication
- Experience with luxury wine, beverage, and culinary programs
- Passion for storytelling, design, and Greek culture is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
