Gallery Assistant (Temporary – Art Miami 2025)Location: Miami, FLDates: December 1–7, 2025Organization: MetaU ArtMetaU Art is seeking a Gallery Assistant to join our team at Art Miami 2025, one of the leading international art fairs in the U.S. This is a temporary position ideal for someone based in Miami with experience or interest in art sales, gallery operations, or art fairs.ResponsibilitiesAssist with booth setup, artwork handling, and general logistics before and during the fair.Greet visitors and collectors professionally; provide information about exhibited artists and works.Support sales transactions and maintain client contact lists.QualificationsBased in the Miami area and available full-time during the fair week (Dec 1–7).Previous experience in a gallery, art fair environment preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Passion for contemporary art and attention to detail.Compensationwe will provide daily stipend of USD 250, plus additional sale commissionAccess to Art Miami and opportunity to gain hands-on experience with an international gallery team.
