The selected candidate will be an essential member to the team supporting the legacies of our represented photographers and our galleries in LA and NYC. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, strong communicator for this role. This role will require adaptability, self-starting projects and reports directly to our COO and Director of Archives and Licensing.This will be a part-time role with opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on the first three months of performance. This role is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be exposed to archival photography from vintage works to maintaining the legacy of photographers whose images have never been seen before.Archive Management:o Maintain and manage the organizational system of multiple archives.o Inventory, track, catalogue and identify photographic works and archival ephemera within specific archives.o Clear communication on archival inventory with LA and NY Gallery Directors.Project Management:o Assist with cross-functional projects to improve gallery operations.o Execute project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.West Los Angeles Management:o Oversee the maintenance and security of the Morrison Hotel Gallery Studio.o Manage basic office management.
