Summary
We are seeking a Key holder/Shift Leader to join our team at Mobil Gas Station . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cash handling operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of cashiers. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cash handling operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor cashiers on best practices for customer service and cash management.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling or retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail math and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
