We are a certified Small/ Micro Business in Virginia and we focus on roofing, waterproofing, façade & building enclosure consulting services. We have been in business for 45 years. We are a very small firm (around 10-12) but we have a lot of fun and interesting work at all times! One of the more interesting points to working at Seal Engineering is that our engineers can see a project from conception to completion. We are able to provide report services, design services, construction administration and construction inspection services. It is one of the things that sets us apart from a lot of our competitors.

To date, our engineers have traveled to Eritrea, Haiti, Poland, Riga, Latvia and most recently Tbilisi, Georgia. We have contracts with federal, state and universities. We are busy and need someone to come in and hit the ground running. We are unique in that an engineer can see a project from survey to design to on-site construction services.
