Growing School Bus Transportation company is looking to expand their Safety Department hiring an experienced Road Safety Supervisor to be a liaison between the Company and the School Districts and help manage 19-A compliance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Be a presence in the District
- Interact with the Drivers, Monitors, Parents, School Officials, Students, Dispatchers and Terminal Manager
- Train new and existing staff on safe driving protocols
- Maintaining and administering 19-A testing for employees as needed (if qualified)
- Ensure all drivers and monitors are following 19-A and DOT compliance regulations
- Investigate and address all safety violations
- Responding to accidents/incidents
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills and be personable
- 19-A certification preferred (will sponsor right candidate)
- Have a valid, clean Class B driver's license with an S and P endorsement
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be flexible and be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years as a School Bus driver or Trainer or the 19-A field (preferred)
Salary negotiable based on experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
