Job Summary:
Install, troubleshoot and repair mobile hardware and software applications. Installations include new devices, departmental moves and migrations from existing devices. Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary. Troubleshoot connectivity problems with mobile devices
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge utilizing Intune and JAMF
Work Days:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
