Job Summary and Objective
With little to no supervision, this position is responsible for overseeing delivery and service operations and employees at the branch, ensuring seamless coordination and excellence. P&L accountability is integral, maintaining profitability while optimizing all aspects of branch performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the equipment or service industry preferred

Working Conditions and Environment
- Work primarily in an office environment, with frequent visits to the branch floor and outdoor yard areas
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods
- Occasionally lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Regular use of computer, phone, and other office equipment for administrative tasks
- Collaborate with employees and customers in various areas of the branch, requiring interpersonal interaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Occasionally travel to attend meetings, training sessions, or visit other branch locations
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including rentals, service, and inventory management
- Provide leadership and guidance to operations and service teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage branch P&L, analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-saving measures as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement and maintenance activities
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align branch goals with company objectives
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Supervise direct and indirect reports including hiring and termination, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, resolving employee relations issues, training, time keeping, scheduling, and workflows
