We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager. This is a full-time day shift position, offering leadership opportunities in a supportive and professional long-term care environment. As an RN Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned nursing unit
Mentor and support less experienced nurses and staff
Review and maintain accurate resident records
Monitor resident care to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence
Address questions and concerns from residents and their families
Ensure the unit is fully stocked with necessary medical supplies
Serve as a liaison between the nursing unit and upper management

RN Unit Manager Requirements:

Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years Long-Term Care experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer skills
