We're looking for an experienced Installation Operations Manager who enjoys leading people just as much as solving problems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in the field installing custom window treatments while also developing systems, training installers, and ensuring every installation meets the highest standards.

What You'll Do

Lead and support our installation team
Perform residential and commercial window treatment installations
Train, coach, and develop installers
Handle complex installations and field troubleshooting
Ensure installations meet Budget Blinds quality standards
Improve installation processes and efficiency
Maintain installation schedules alongside the office team
Manage inventory, tools, and company vehicles
Conduct quality-control inspections
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Experienced in window treatment installation (preferred)
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others
Organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and able to solve problems independently
Professional with homeowners and builders
Comfortable using technology and mobile apps
Reliable with excellent communication skills
Committed to continuous improvement

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders and working in residential settings
Experience leading a team is preferred
Construction, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related experience is a plus
