Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role involves working on diverse projects within the construction industry, requiring both technical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Must have valid drivers license, own truck and tools. Hours of operation are 7a-5p.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of structures.
Execute construction, painting and flooring installation with precision.
Assist in masonry work as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members on construction site to ensure timely project completion.
Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools.
Experience in construction, trim work, framing, flooring installation, roofing, and masonry.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to estimate project needs effectively.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
