Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash / Laundromat Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in related customer service roles, with a strong focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to lead a small team, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Any experience with light maintenance is a major plus.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the car wash and laundromat, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Oversee cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities to uphold hygiene standards
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure positive service experiences
Clean automatic and self service car wash bays, and garbage daily
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist with dry cleaning and laundry services when necessary
Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the facility to ensure a welcoming environment
After training be able to fix light maintenance issues. i.e. washing machines, driers, leaks

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
Knowledge of car wash, laundry operations, or similar services is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Experience in cleaning and maintaining facilities or equipment
Basic math skills for cash handling and register balancing
Ability to manage staff effectively and lead a team
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards
Need to be comfortable lifting 50 pounds and working in cold conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
