Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000

About The Role:

Renewal by Andersen is hiring for a Neighborhood Sales Manager to drive appointments and motivate a team of canvassers in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

What You’ll Do as a Neighborhood Sales Manager:

Plan territories, track results, and optimize routes.
Handle performance reports and keep your team on track.
Lead and coach a team of field canvassers.
Canvass neighborhoods 5 days/week alongside your team.

The Ideal Neighborhood Sales Manager:

Valid driver’s license (Required)
Previous experience with leadership, coaching or training
Goal-driven, resilient, and thrive under pressure.
