This is a part time role (approximately 20 hours per week)

Job Description
Support the Tech Resiliency Enhancement group in leading the technology resiliency initiative. This role is responsible for day-to-day project management across all workstreams, ensuring effective execution, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily project management support for all resiliency workstreams (disaster recovery, ransomware restoration, tech framework enhancement, application validation, and so on).
Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation and dashboards.
Support cross-functional collaboration with IT, Cybersecurity, and Resiliency teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare status updates and reports for leadership and steering committees.
Assist in organizing workshops, exercises, and communications with stakeholders.
Ensure best practices and lessons learned are integrated into project deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience in IT project management, ideally with exposure to technology resiliency, disaster recovery (DR), or business continuity (BC) programs.
Understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, and recovery strategies.
Familiarity with DR exercises, ransomware response, or resiliency frameworks.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting resiliency or BC/DR efforts at other companies.
Project management or business continuity certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP, ITIL).
Knowledge of cloud platforms, backup/restore technologies, or application validation.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Reports to and works closely with the Tech Resiliency Enhancement group.
Collaborates with IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk, and business stakeholders.
Engages with external consultants and vendors as needed

Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $55.00
