Manage Staff: Office Managers supervises and evaluates Aides and administrative staff

Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork

Ensuring Safety: To protect clients, and ensure the confidentiality, and integrity of the agency.

Create Reports: that convey the daily logistics and the long-term impacts of these daily logistics on the agency.

Preserving Agency Integrity: To ensure patient satisfaction, a manager cultivates an efficient and safe environment.

Collecting Data: Office Manager collect significant data and use the data to improve client care.

Communicating with Personnel: By fostering strong communication across aides and non-administrative staff, office manager creates an efficient work environment.

Assessing Problems: Manager must be able to make decisions to resolve problems quickly. This includes caregiver conflicts and concerns from clients.

Managing Policy: Office Managers enforce policies and oversee the staffs’ compliance to policies.

Client Assessments: Perform client assessments

The applicant will oversee the Aides (HHA, CNA, PCA, etc.) assignments, scheduling, hiring and firing and performance evaluation.

The Office manager act as a liaison between multiple providers (Assisted living facility, insurance companies, etc.) in the provision of health services for GHCCA.

The OM will be responsible for communicating with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

The OM will create/update care plan accordingly

Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required

The OM must have a drivers license to drive to client assessments.

The OM will report directly to the Sr. Coordinator and senior management to improve agency operations and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
