Dutchess Beer Distributors Kingston location is seeking to hire a warehouse selector Shift Manger.

Must be focused, self motivated hard working individual

Be able to lift 50 pounds consistently

Shift Manager is responsible for assigning and monitoring warehouse selectors on a nightly basis to make sure orders are being completed neatly and correctly for next day delivery. Manager is also responbsible for routing delivery routes based on orders picked and will supplement the picking crew until all work is completed.

a warehouse selector is responsible for correctly and efficiently picking orders for next day delivery with use of easy pick software. Knowledge of pallet blocking, and barcode facing are priority. Pallets are wrapped and placed neatly in designated warehouse areas. Tasks will be repeated until all orders are picked for next day delivery. As a team, selectors will ensure that all breakage, refuse and pallets are cleaned up prior to leaving.

Starting Wage is $21 Schedule is Monday-Thursday starting at 2pm sundays at 11am off Friday and Saturday. Schedule varies slightly for holiday's.

Paid Vacation, retirement, Full medical dental vision coverage after 60 days ( some employee responsibility)

Prior picking experience is a plus. Forklift certification is a plus but will train and certify Experience with VIP Evip routing and pick software a plus.
