Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best coverage for clients.
Provide expert guidance on benefits administration and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for market penetration and account growth.
Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Experience

Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.
Strong background in benefits administration and knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions.
Effective negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus.
NYS insurance license
5 plus years experience a must
