Account ManagerGANDER AND WHITE SHIPPING INC. - Long Island City, NYGander and White specializes in the domestic and world-wide movement of high-value works of art and collectible items.As part of the company’s continuing growth, our New York operation is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to work in our Interior Design Dept (Operations, Coordination and Administration, Sales ).A previous experience ( minimum of 3 years ) in our field is required for this position : registrar, project manager, import/export , coordinator, high end moving company or procurement associate, . This is an office position in our office located in Long Island City, NYThe candidate will handle our various High End Design and Private Clients Projects including Shipping and Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service and all related Administrative Tasks. We are looking for a a candidate who is organized and willing to handle projects from A to Z , a problem solver with good communication skills for our high end clientele.An Arts related degree in Decorative Arts and/or personal knowledge of the Interior Design world is an advantage for this position.We are looking for a candidate with strong multitasking skills, team spirit and excellent customer service sense.Negotiable salary will be based on experience.
