Unique opportunity! Simply Ready, a division of the Bill Doran Company, is looking for a Floral Associate in Kingston, NY. Days of service are Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Daytime availability is a must.
Ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of both cut flowers and plants, as well as a solid work history that includes at least 5 years of experience in floral design, art, merchandising, gardening, landscaping or a combination of relevant skills. Time management and the ability to work independently with integrity and accountability are a must.
As a Floral Associate, you will serve as the representative for a leader in the floral industry by delivering top-notch service for our customer. You will also maintain sales growth, and ensure that all displays are clean, fully stocked, well-maintained and visually appealing at all times.
Job entails walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting of up to 30lbs. Use of personal cell phone to record in-store inventory required. Hourly rate based on experience. Hours vary and are dependent on seasonal volume. Full job description provided during interview process.
