1. Gather, organize, and manage information regarding prospective directly operated and franchised stores in the assigned overseas region; execute overseas market expansion according to a strategic plan.
2. Identify and secure external resources; manage site selection and oversee the entire store opening process to ensure successful launches.
3. Review partnership contracts and monitor risks; clearly articulate profitability logic to partners using financial models (covering initial investment, monthly break-even analysis, and ROI).
4. Coordinate external regional affairs and promptly resolve issues arising between internal departments and partners to ensure smooth business expansion.
5. Willingness to travel frequently; capable of independently developing markets and meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
1. Overseas study or work experience; knowledge of commercial business management; 3+ years of experience in overseas business development, franchise management, or commercial real estate brokerage within the F&B or FMCG sectors (experience with tea beverage chains is a plus).
2. Extensive franchise network; proven track record of successfully developing and launching at least 10 F&B stores (case studies required).
3. Proficiency in English as a working language.
4. Experience managing the full development lifecycle (from lead generation to contract signing and store opening).
5. Existing local commercial real estate connections (developers, brokers) are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
