We are looking for an applicant passionate about art for a Bilingual Production Coordinator role with Kaikai Kiki.★This position offers mostly remote work, with occasional in-person meetings.★Seattle area is preferred. The US West Coast is accepted.About the Role:The Bilingual Production Coordinator supports the coordination of Takashi Murakami’s exhibitions and artwork production, working with partners around the world. In close collaboration with the Exhibition Director, this role provides administrative support for Kaikai Kiki’s Seattle operations, with a focus on exhibition and production coordination.The position also serves as a key liaison between the artist and the studio, as well as partner institutions and fabricators, including translating, drafting, and managing correspondence in both Japanese and English. Occasional international travel will be required to support and oversee exhibition and artwork installations.Job Type: Full-time★Work Location: Remote (Based in the Seattle, WA area preferred; West Coast candidates accepted). ★Please note that there is no physical office.★Pay Rate: $28.00 - $38.00/hour (Equivalent to approximately $58,000 - $79,000 annual salary) + 1.5× overtime pay.(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and the candidate\'s specific location.)About Kaikai Kiki:Kaikai Kiki is a general trading company of art led by artist Takashi Murakami.
