Job Summary:
The Business Manager for Rehab Psychology, Special Projects & Strategic Growth provides operational, financial, and strategic leadership for Rehab Psychology Services within the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. This role oversees day-to-day business operations, leads complex special projects and collaborates with the Director of Operations and PMR leadership to support service expansion, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term program development and growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a health care environment required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for knowledge of PM&R services processes, billing and coding processes and/or experience in ambulatory healthcare environment.
