This role acts as the key liaison between clients, photographers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch fulfillment experience.Order & Client ManagementManage all web and gallery orders from intake through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timelinessTrack order progress proactively and resolve delays before impacting timelinesServe as the primary customer service contact, providing high-touch communication and updatesSystems & Workflow ManagementEnsure workflows reflect real-time order statusIdentify and improve operational inefficiencies using performance metricsFraming Coordination & Vendor ManagementManage framing workflow from initiation through completionPrepare detailed framing documentation and specificationsCoordinate shipping between photographers, framers, galleries and accouting Vendor, Artist & Internal CoordinationAct as liaison with photographers and estates to place and track ordersFollow up to ensure timely production and deliveryCollaborate with accounting on payments and reconciliationExecute image uploads to the website on monthly basisQualifications2+ years in operations, logistics, or fulfillmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsExperience with Monday.com, Shopify, ShipStation preferredDetail-oriented and proactive problem solverInterest in photography or gallery operations is a plus
