Location: Woodstock
Pay: $28 - $37/hr + Weekly Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30a – 3:30p (April – October), ~10hrs/wk in off-season

Mountain Pools is hiring a Maintenance Manager to run its maintenance business on a day-to-day basis. The maintenance team keeps pools & hot tubs in good condition by physically cleaning, chemically dosing, and reporting issues. If you love helping people, problem-solving, and working at a desk, this job is for you!
Primary duties:
- Manage team of ~9 maintenance technicians
- Prepare ~200 weekly assignments- scheduling, routing, appointment notes
- Process completed work- invoicing, customer communication, issue logging, repair coordination, etc.
- Support techs by providing guidance & answering their questions
- Provide customer service for maintenance issues
- Stock chemicals and tools
Secondary duties:
- Answer the phone
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and backfill as needed
- Prepare for weekly meetings
- Occasionally support a maintenance tech in the field
- General office & business support as needed- order supplies, clean, stock blank reports, etc.
