Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused SUBARU TRADE UP ADVANTAGE COORDINATOR to join our team. This role involves managing trade-up programs, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency with office management tools, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential for success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enhance retailer guest experience by supporting both sales and fixed ops
- Escorting guest from service drive to customer lounge while directing guest to the retailer amenities
- Providing water, coffee, and snacks to guest while in customer lounge or in showroom waiting area
- Manage data mining tool (Trade Up Advantage) located in Subaru Care Connect Platform
- Manage service lane positive/healthy negative equity customers—work with the Service Advisors and Cashier on distributing information to customers
- Proactively seek out new customer business as well as growing existing customer base
- Generate custom lists of positive/healthy negative equity customers and contact via email, phone and/or direct mail
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers
- Develop and grow sales through prospecting, cold calling and relationship development
- Keep customers loyal to dealership through retention
- Collaborate with team members and managers alike to enhance the guest experience while servicing the dealership
- Providing appraisal information to 70% or above of service customers that have visited our service department
- Mandatory of 2+ hours in the service drive/customer lounge per day
Required Skills:
- Self -motivated and able to work independently
- Upbeat and positive attitude— has to be able to “soft sell’ customers

- Knowledge of data mining tools and software preferred but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
