Job Summary:
The System Support Specialist participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, and training staff on application functionality. Duties include daily and monthly reporting on pharmacy outcomes along with website management, assisting operational leaders in implementing workflow changes, analytics work related to business continuity, IT compliance, and generating reports related to quality improvement projects addressing opportunities for error reduction and performance improvement related to the specialty pharmacy services covered under the scope of accreditation including but not limited to compliance monitoring. Must employ excellent communication skills in sharing information with users within department.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related, and two years of experience with network administration tasks such as routers, switches , firewalls and infrastructure; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in providing analysis and quantitative/qualitative study designs, utilizing SQL Server tools to review database schema diagrams and data elements and develop database queries to create custom Pharmacy data reports preferred.
Work Days:
8:00am-5:00pm other hours as needed based on operational need
