Expected to begin Fall 2026, this position will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses intwo-dimensional areas, both analog and digital approaches in drawing, illustration, and painting. Undergraduate courseswould include, but are not limited to, all levels of Drawing, digital and traditional Painting, Illustration and 2D Design. Asan integral part of the faculty, the successful candidate will also collaborate with other faculty on curriculum updates,particularly those in graphic design to further develop digital courses, participate in department meetings, and provideservice to the institution, such as student advising. The successful candidate may be asked to teach courses in a distancelearning format. The mentoring of students in the successful applicant’s area of expertise to prepare them for exhibition isalso included.
