QUALIFICATION
Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Proficient in retail sales and basic math
- Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising
- Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is advantageous

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they enter the salon, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling and transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
- Maintain inventory by stocking products and ensuring displays are organized and appealing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, utilizing bilingual skills when necessary.
- Support the assistant manager in supervising staff and training new employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
