Our offerings include house-made sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, award-winning grilled cheese sandwiches, artisanal cheeses, and a plethora of gourmet grocery and home items.
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining our retail space. This is a full-time role (32-40 hrs per week) and requires a minimum of 4 shifts per week. Starting rate is $15.50 - $18 / hour (depending on experience). Tips are an additional $5 / hr on average.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Greet customers and answer questions about menu items & products
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately
- Make espresso based drinks (training provided)
- Make grilled cheese sandwiches to order
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Stock shelves, ensure that products are properly displayed & rotated
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales goals and achieve overall store objectives
- Participate in product promotions, in-store events, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with store management to identify and address any operational issues or opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- 21+
- Previous experience in a retail food service environment is required
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
- Must be comfortable multitasking & working in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting
