We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager who would be the primary point of contact for assigned customers. The account manager is responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client business needs, and ensuring our managed IT services deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
o Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
o Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
o Work with VCIOs to support steering processes
- Service Delivery Oversight
o Monitor high level service performance and escalate issues when necessary.
o Ensure client requests are prioritized appropriately, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with technical teams.
o Assist with communication on service updates, project timelines, and task progress to clients.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional MSP services (cloud, security, backup, VoIP, etc.).
o Work with sales leadership to prepare quotes and renewals.
o Ensure client satisfaction to reduce churn and drive retention.
o Support technology roadmaps and simple planning discussions with clients.
o Communicate client feedback internally to improve services and offerings.
o Support account forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services (MSP or IT services industry preferred).
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity concepts.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
· Sales-minded with proven ability to identify new business opportunities.
· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.
Position is offered as an in-office role.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
