We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Leads Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of acquiring, qualifying, and nurturing leads across all sales channels. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects and drive measurable growth.

Leads Manager Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Manage, track, and prioritize all incoming leads from multiple sources: web, email, social media, trade shows, etc.
- Respond to and follow up with leads promptly and consistently.
- Implement and optimize lead scoring models to identify high-value opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on sales-readiness and alignment with HVLG’s target customer profiles.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Outreach & Business Development.
- Conduct targeted outreach to prospective accounts, focusing on underperforming territories and top-tier markets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through digital platforms, industry publications, and social media (e.g., Instagram).
- Understand and identify traits of the ideal "HVLG designer" or trade partner and proactively initiate contact.
- Use personalized email and phone campaigns to establish and nurture relationships.
- Ensure decision-makers are identified and current contact information is maintained.
Sales Enablement & Conversion
- Drive lead-to-account conversion and support newly onboarded clients through training and engagement.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Outside Sales Reps to hand off qualified leads and support conversion.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs (virtual or in-person) as needed.
- Refer leads to retail partner showrooms when appropriate for fulfillment.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign targeting.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to business development leadership.
- Assist in planning and execution of trade shows and events.
- Distribute and follow up on leads captured at trade shows, events, or market appointments.
- Participate in showroom visits and lead product walkthroughs when needed.
Leads Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for interior design and the home furnishings industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, take-the-initiative attitude.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals and contribute to company success.
- Ability to travel up to 5% annually.
- US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
