Rajiv Menon Contemporary is seeking a Part-time Gallery Administrator who is hardworking and dedicated with exceptional attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. Ideal candidates will hold a deep interest in the region and an eagerness to contribute to the growth and development of the South Asian art landscape in Los Angeles.This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized individual looking to deepen their experience in gallery operations while applying their marketing and design skills in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities include:Assisting with gallery operations, visitor engagement, and general gallery upkeepSupporting directors with PR, sales, events, and exhibition planningAdministering gallery\'s press, contacts, and image databaseCreating assets and promotional content for exhibitions, art fairs, and eventsOrganize travel including airfare, hotel, car rental, and restaurant reservations, etc.Calendar management and meeting coordination including agenda prep, note taking, and followup summaries for team membersMaintain filing systems and data entry inputQualifications:Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a gallery setting. Additional experience in marketing, PR, or communications recommended.
