Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest flow in a busy restaurant environment.

Duties

Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus.
Manage the reservation system and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring exceptional guest services at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and making reservations as needed.
Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and guest seating efficiently.

Skills

Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding guest experiences in a restaurant or hotel setting.
