Our client, a residential mechanical servicing company in Kingston, NY is looking for a Residential Sales Manager to provide direction for 10 in-home sales representatives. The firm has been around for over 10 years, has a fantastic reputation in the industry, and is in high growth mode.
Responsibilities:

In this role, the Residential Sales Manager will oversee 10 sales representatives and provide direction and assistance in the sales cycle. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for distributing leads, watching for sales opportunities, and helping representatives close business. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for KPIs as well as helping sales representatives to understand and hit their metrics. In addition, the Residential Sales Manager will handle hiring/firing and the overall vision of your team.

The Residential Sales Manager will work directly with the Regional Vice President and will have a path to move into a Regional Sales Director role in under two years.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess 5+ years of sales leadership, preferably in an in-home sales organization or B2B service organization. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess a technical aptitude, servant leadership mentality, and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary in the 130k - 150k/year range, as well as a quarterly bonus based on sales performance that could add put you around 200k OTE.
