We’re on the hunt for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Team Member to help lead the charge at our new Kingston, NY store! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our founders as we bring our vision to a new community. If you’re passionate about people, fashion, and building meaningful customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with warmth and make them feel like part of the RtN family.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Shopify POS system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking merchandise and creating eye-catching displays.
- Stay knowledgeable about product details, from best-sellers and fits to fabric information and our brand’s story, to help customers find their perfect match.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales and Shopify POS is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building connections with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Basic familiarity with technology products (or a willingness to learn).
