Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective clients
- Setting Appointments, Meeting, and Follow Up Calls
- Follow Up Calls/Nurture Leads/Establish Rapport
- Management/Cleaning of CRM Database
- Develop Relationships and Identify Prospective Customers' Needs
- Opportunity Research (Identify Key Players and Potential Needs)
- Understand Our Products/Services and Use Them to Generate Interest
- Conduct Online and In-Person Sales Presentations
- Canvas Existing/Prospective Client Locations (Identify Neighbor Opportunities)
- Use Technology to Enhance the Sales Process
- Generate contact lists for marketing campaigns
- Direct Qualified Opportunities to Appropriate Team Member to Close
- Tracking/Reporting Sales Activity and Successes on a Weekly-Basis
- Support Sales and Marketing Strategic Process Development
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Needed:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully handle and overcome the ‘NO’
- Ability to adapt to CRM database software
- Well-developed interpersonal skills (communication, active listening, customer-care, etc.)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail to ensure quick and accurate entry of data
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines for projects
- Familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred
Starting at $60,000/yr. plus commission
