Essential Job Functions:
· Check inventory for damage and freshness.
· Create and maintain visual arrangements for displays and ensure all pricing and signage is correct.
· Greeting all customers with a smile and eye contact.
· Keep the department clean and organized, including washing displays and cleaning up spills.
· Offer prompt, friendly customer service in person and on the phone.
· Stay informed of the latest developments and trends in department products.
· Work product from the back of house to the front of house through means of stocking, filling, and packing.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Ability to have a schedule that reflects the needs of the business.
· Ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
· Ability to perform repetitive physical movements such as reaching, bending, squatting, and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Ability to work in a fast paced and crowded environment, especially during peak hours.
· Consistently stand and walk for extended periods of time.
· Consistently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
· Knowledge of organic, natural, non-GMO, and dietary needs.
· Regular, predictable attendance.
· Reliable and committed to follow-through.
· Retail experience, preferably in natural foods.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Willingness to adapt to evolving job demands.
· Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
