At Scrub Masters Plus Corp, we are seeking a Field Operations Manager who will take charge of leading teams, overseeing field operations, and ensuring top-tier cleaning standards across all job sites. This is a working leadership role, meaning you’ll roll up your sleeves, work alongside the team when needed, and set the standard for excellence in the field. You will be responsible for enhancing team performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving operational success every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, train, and develop cleaning teams to ensure high-performance standards and professional growth.
- Identify strengths within your team and position them for maximum success.
- Motivate and empower employees to perform at their best while fostering a positive work culture.
✔ Field Operations & Quality Control
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure cleaning services meet company and client expectations.
- Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Work alongside your team when needed to reinforce proper cleaning techniques and ensure consistency.
✔ Client Relations & Communication
- Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure smooth communication between the field, office, and leadership team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring our work exceeds client expectations.
✔ Scheduling & Workflow Management
- Coordinate staff assignments, ensuring all locations are fully staffed and operating efficiently.
- Adjust staffing and schedules based on client needs and site demands.
- Maintain and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and efficiency.
✔ Problem-Solving & Crisis Management
- Quickly resolve operational issues in the field, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Step in when needed—whether it’s filling a staffing gap, handling a client emergency, or ensuring a location meets top cleanliness standards.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in field operations, commercial cleaning management, or as a working supervisor.
✅ Ability to manage teams across multiple locations and ensure quality standards are met.
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills—you don’t just get things done, you get them done efficiently.
✅ Experience handling schedules, staffing, and performance metrics.
✅ A hands-on approach—willing to step in when needed to ensure success.
✅ Familiarity with cleaning industry standards, products, and techniques (preferred).
