ROLE OVERVIEW

As Client Success Manager, you are responsible for creating an exceptional client experience. It begins at onboarding then regular check-ins and finding ways to surprise and delight them. Your mission to retain clients and get ahead of problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own 30 assigned accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Conduct end of month meetings
Forecast the vision for next 30-90 days
Give updates on their account so they stay in the loop
Celebrate client wins and sales milestones
Track and report on key client metrics
Monitor client communication signals including tone, body language, response time, and non-verbal cues
Implement retention strategies during critical client lifecycle phases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
