WE CURRENTLY HAVE VARIOUS ASSISTANT RESIDENCE MANAGER POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN NEW YORK, QUEENS, BRONX, STATEN ISLAND AND WESTCHESTER!

Position Summary: Responsible for the fiscal and household management of the residence as well as the overall physical condition of the facility. Regular supervision of assigned staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Order and stock adequate quantities of food and household supplies.
Maintain all required, complete, up to date and accurate household accounts. Takes inventory, completes written records and reports.
Participate, contribute and cooperate with the staff regarding the impact of household operations upon the planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating of individual program participant's service goals and total Residence program goals.
Oversee and direct the proper and adequate supervision and training of residents in the areas of cooking, kitchen and general household hygiene.
Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent plus demonstrated aptitude in bookkeeping and household management.
Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED.
Experience working with individuals who have disabilities
Physical Demands: Requires moderate physical effort on a regular basis.
Working Conditions: Highly stressful environment, interactions with individuals who have physical and emotional difficulties

Salary: $35,000 per year
