What You’ll Do (Aka: Your Playground)

Run and scale Meta Ads + Google Ads like a pro
Build and manage UGC content that actually converts
Create scroll-stopping ads using Canva or Photoshop
Write punchy copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media
Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
Manage projects, keep things organized, and coordinate with contractors
Help grow our DTC and e-commerce funnel
Support and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Bring fresh ideas, bold concepts, and unique hooks to the team

What We’re Looking For

2+ years managing Meta and Google Ads
Direct experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce
Strong grasp of direct-response marketing
Experience with UGC creators + influencer-style content
Basic to intermediate Canva/Photoshop skills
Creative writing + storytelling skills that pack a punch
Naturally organized – you love clean dashboards, clear systems, and no chaos
Able to manage contractors (designers, editors, UGC creators, etc.)
A true self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or subscription brands is a bonus
Telehealth or GLP-1 experience is helpful but not required
