Overview
As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our facilities. You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. What you’ll do

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks
Manage programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for streamlined operations
Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety standards
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute facility upgrades or repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schematics for electrical and mechanical systems
Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with high voltage and low voltage electrical standards

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in facilities management with strong supervisory skills
Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications
Familiarity with HVAC systems and their operational requirements

Preferred qualifications

Experience using Ohmmeters for electrical testing
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated leadership abilities that inspire team performance
