Job Summary

Duties

Develop tailored solutions for clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with target audiences.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
Provide leadership within the account management team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and sales tactics.
Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently.
Strong business development capabilities with a proactive approach to generating new leads through warm calling and outreach efforts.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market insights, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
