BMW of the Hudson Valley is currently seeking an Automotive Office Manager to join our growing Auto Dealership. Prior Automotive Accounting experience is required for this position. Benefits:

Qualifications:

Prior Automotive Dealership Accounting experience required
CDK knowledge required
F&I Billing preferred
Payroll processing - Paychex knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

Assist controller
Oversee staff members of the accounting office
Analyze and organize office/administrative procedures
Process car sales & maintain sales worksheets
NYS sales tax preparation and payment
Process payroll
Ensure all scheduled accounts are accurate and up to date
Support sales by overseeing and assisting with title work

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
